Kelly Rascoe

Bio
Kelly Rascoe has over thirty years working in various Human Service agencies. He has 11 ½ years of experience in Alcohol and Other Drugs treatment; 7 years of experience working with co-occurring disorders; 12 years of experience working with mental health population; and 17 years of experience working in community corrections.
Kelly has worked in varying positions such as Residential Aide, Case Aide Monitor, Case Supervisor, Outpatient Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor, Therapist, Community Corrections Facility Program Director, and Outpatient AOD Program Director. He has worked in such Human Service organizations such as, Volunteers of America Delaware Valley Station House Corrections; Community Education Centers Coleman Hall; Gaudenzia DRC; and Minsec Treatment Centers.
Kelly has a Master of Human Services Degree (Lincoln University) and active certifications as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Supervisor, and Certified Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor.
Kelly welcomed the opportunity to become a part of Philadelphia Fight and the Institute for Community Justice. He comes with a wealth of experience, accompanied with humility, and realization that he does not know it all. He says he embraces the vision of ICJ and shares the passion for assisting individuals, families, and communities impacted by mass incarceration.
