Workforce Development Pilot Program
The City of Philadelphia’s Office of Transportation and Infrastructure Systems (OTIS) is advancing workforce development programs to provide more employment opportunities for Philadelphians, especially those too often underrepresented in transportation and construction.
Through the Plug In Philly program, the City will provide people of color and women new pathways to careers in electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE).
Application Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Valid PA Driver’s License
- High School diploma or GED
- Philadelphia Residency
- Ability to pass a drug screening
